Best Productivity Tips & Tools for Web Designers

Similar to artists, designers feel stuck many times when working on their designs. They usually come across cranky clients asking for repetitive revisions or stuck in a large complex project. The designers' life is definitely not supposed to be easy as it demands a lot of focus, enthusiasm, and creativity. They happen to lose the performance up to the mark and find it quite challenging to stay on top of the tasks.

When tasks multiply and compound, it can be challenging to stay on top of it all to keep the team focused to deliver the project when the client needs it. Here are some crucial productivity tips for web designers to keep their creativity alive.

  •  Doddle

You can also add "Forest". It's a brand new app that grows virtual trees on your phone when you’re not using it for other things. A major update in early February added a friend system that only grows trees when everyone’s staying focused, creating an extra layer of peer pressure.

As a web developer I know the feeling of a client asking more than what we originally agreed to…..so make the changes but that puts the squeeze on you for other projects. This advice is great, and it’s not like I didn’t know distraction is my worst enemy, it’s just that some times I need to decompress so watching a show helps a bit. Great article.
