  • I agree with you Joe, chatbots can surely make mistakes since at the end of the day its artificial intelligence only :-), which by no means can replace the real human intelligence and communication. I don't see us becoming too reliant on chatbots since they are still limited in what they can offer. It's upto each business to use chatbots wisely and not loose the human touch completely.

  • Thanks for your comment Joe, I do agree with you that Chatbots can make mistakes, after all, they only have Artifical Intelligence, which can never really replace the real, human intelligence and communication :-). Businesses have to use chatbots wisely to make sure that they do not rely only on chatbots for interactions with their prospects, clients etc. Chatbots are great as communication starters and taking it to a certain level, after which, human intervention should kick in.
