What's your take on keto diet ?
Detoxing results in increased energy and improved digestion. It helps give our digestive system a rest and clears out toxins from our system that make us feel sluggish.
It helps alleviate chronic headaches and skin problems.
Toxins that build up in our system, such as stimulants, pollution, and chemicals from our foods and products we use are purged.
Our bodies naturally eliminate toxins through our skin, kidneys, respiratory system and gastrointestinal tract.
A detox assists our body with this process.
Taking steps to decrease your toxic load prior to commencing a detox is important. You can start taking steps today to prepare yourself for my 3-Day Detox Cleanse:
Decrease your consumption of processed and refined foods: sugar and artificial sweeteners, high-fat foods, dairy, gluten, and red meat.
Abstain from drugs, alcohol, smoking, and caffeine.
Begin taking a multi-vitamin, omega-3, and probiotics.
Hydrate by drinking water throughout the day. Drink at least half of your body weight in ounces daily.
Enhance your circulation with daily exercise, even if it's just a 15-minute walk. Yoga and Tai Chi are also great exercises for getting more in tune with your body.
Taking these steps will allow your body to go through a partial detox and prepare you for a successful 3-Day Detox Cleanse.
