Midlife and Menopause Do Not Have To Suck

With so many companies and coach's jumping on the menopause and anti-aging wagon, it can be easy to make decisions out of fear and forget that you have the ultimate control of how you feel! ⁣

Have you noticed how they want you to:⁣
⁣⁣ ⁣
? Follow their nutrition plan. ⁣⁣⁣

? Take their supplements.⁣

? Use their skin care products.⁣

And don’t forget, how they try and keep you on the hook month after month! ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣

I know it can be easy to be drawn in and believe it's the solution. I believed in so much marketing hype over the years. ⁣
⁣⁣⁣

Instead of falling for it this time, I chose to focus on making myself and my health a priority and bring back some good old fashioned commonsense! ⁣⁣⁣

? Instead of eating processed food and produce sprayed with chemicals, I chose to eat clean food.⁣

? Instead of taking a bunch of medications and vitamins, I focused on creating a healthy lifestyle. ⁣

? Instead of using expensive anti-aging creams, I keep my body hydrated with adequate water throughout the day. ⁣

I chose not to follow the herd and decided to be proactive in preparing my body for the ultimate big changes midlife brings. I sailed through menopause. Two weeks of hot flashes is all I experienced! I know it would have been a different story if I hadn’t changed!⁣⁣

This has allowed me to feel great in my 50's and feel empowered as I age. It has given so much peace of mind. ⁣
⁣⁣⁣

Your daily choices don’t have to look like mine or anyone else's in order for you to look and feel great. Isn't that refreshing! ⁣⁣⁣

It’s never too late to get started.⁣
⁣⁣⁣

Your body is unique. You are unique. You get to decide how you want to feel.⁣

I'd love to chat with you about how you can get on a healthier path and rock your life at this magical time of life.

I admire women like you who take care of their body. I am also a picky eater.

Thank you for making it short, sweet, and easy to follow.

My husband left me because I didn't take care of myself... Worst feeling ever for a single mum ....
