10 Life-Changing TED Talks You Should Watch

TED Talks are typically 18 minutes or less and cover a wide range of subjects, from science and technology to arts and design.

The goal of TED Talks is to spread ideas and knowledge, and to inspire people to think about the world in new and innovative ways.

One of the things that makes TED Talks so popular is their accessibility. They are available online for free and can be watched on a variety of platforms, including the TED website and YouTube. This makes it easy for people to access and learn from some of the world's leading experts and thought leaders, regardless of their location or background.

Another reason for their popularity is the high quality of the presentations. TED Talks are carefully curated to ensure that they are engaging, informative, and thought-provoking. The speakers are selected for their expertise and ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Overall, TED Talks have become a powerful tool for spreading ideas and inspiring people to make a positive impact in the world. They are a great resource for anyone who is interested in learning about new and innovative ideas, and for anyone who wants to be inspired to make a difference.

I could still remember vividly the very first TED Talk I ever watched—I was hooked. That was the source of inspiration that I needed besides Podcasts and Youtube videos from Gary Vaynerchuck, Grant Cardone, Tai Lopez, and Anthony Robbins back in 2014.

TED Talks offer a wealth of knowledge on several topics, ranging from business to physics to psychology and everything in between. They're an opportunity for influencers in the industry to speak about a topic, often leaving the audience feeling inspired.

These are the 10 TED talks that impacted my life. You can watch them during the weekends. There is no specific order, I’m just putting them out there.

Perhaps, once we know them both.

7) Your Body Language May Shape Who You Are by Amy Cuddy

Although our body language may affect how others see us, it can also alter how we perceive ourselves.
