At least half the battle in alleviating stress is simply becoming more aware of how you react to situations.
To win the war on stress often requires only small, consistent steps. Here are a variety of tips to help:
* Let go of lower-level decisions whenever possible.
* It's less stressful to give in to who you really are.
* If the model of equipment you plan to purchase will be obsolete soon, buy now. You can't always wait for the best version.
* Give yourself a break by helping someone else with their problems
* Make your boss look good--he or she will appreciate it.
* One good laugh can cause your whole temperament to change, plummeting the stress you feel back down to a manageable level.
* Let someone else choose when the choice is of no consequence!
