With so many companies and coach's jumping on the menopause and anti-aging wagon, it can be easy to make decisions out of fear and forget that you have the ultimate control of how you feel!

I know it can be easy to be drawn in and believe it's the solution. I believed in so much marketing hype over the years.
Instead of falling for it this time, I chose to focus on making myself and my health a priority and bring back some good old fashioned commonsense!
? Instead of eating processed food and produce sprayed with chemicals, I chose to eat clean food.
? Instead of taking a bunch of medications and vitamins, I focused on creating a healthy lifestyle.
? Instead of using expensive anti-aging creams, I keep my body hydrated with adequate water throughout the day.
I chose not to follow the herd and decided to be proactive in preparing my body for the ultimate big changes midlife brings. I sailed through menopause. Two weeks of hot flashes is all I experienced! I know it would have been a different story if I hadn’t changed!
This has allowed me to feel great in my 50's and feel empowered as I age. It has given so much peace of mind.
Your daily choices don’t have to look like mine or anyone else's in order for you to look and feel great. Isn't that refreshing!
